Late Policy

I generally work back to back with clients so it is important you arrive on time to your appointment.

If you are running late, please let Shik know via Instagram or text message on 0420738407 If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment this may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations

Please feel free to contact me via text or Instagram if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  I am very understanding

However, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. 

All appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled vis my booking link. 

No Shows

Please be respectful by letting me know if you cannot make it to your appointment. 

If you do not show up for your appointment without letting me know, you will lose your deposit and you will not be able to make another booking unless you pay for your service in full. 

Reminder emails and texts are sent 1 week before and 48 & 24 hours prior to your appointment.
